A complete learning pathway
The workshop is designed for students and researchers who want a coherent, hands-on route through modern computational biophysics. Sessions combine scientific foundations, guided demonstrations, practical exercises, analysis workflows, and integrated project work.
Practical sessions using current computational tools and open-source software.
Suitable for students and researchers in biology, biophysics, chemistry, physics, biotechnology, and related fields.
Move from preparation and modeling to simulation, analysis, visualization, and scientific communication.
Hosted at the Biophysics Department, Faculty of Science, Cairo University.

Workshop update
Workshop completed · Opening Day + Training Days 1-11Training Day 11 on 29 August marked the final workshop day, combining project presentations and discussion with the free lecture on AI in structure-based drug design using Vina, GNINA and Boltz-2, followed by the workshop wrap-up and recognition moments.
Workshop learning library
Training Day 11, the final workshop day, is selected by default. Open the AI in structure-based drug design deck, two shared Drive folders, GNINA Colab notebook, and preserved final-day links here; all previous sessions remain organized by day.
Workshop contents
The curriculum is arranged as a progression: prepare the molecular system, model interactions, simulate dynamics, analyze results, and present a defensible scientific conclusion.
